1. How quickly do you ship and how long does it take products to arrive?
It varies by product. See below for guidelines on each product:
- Ebooks and other digital content arrive immediately after purchase via download.
- Jewelry and other store items typically ship within 3 days and arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on shipping method.
- Print on demand items (apparel, canvas, posters, mugs, etc.) need approx. 5 days to process/ print and then will ship.
2. What shipping methods do you use?
Shipping methods vary, but we typically use USPS, Fedex or UPS, depending on the product. We will send an email with tracking information once your item ships.
1. Do you accept returns?
We want you to be fully happy with your purchase, so we do allow returns within 14 days of receipt, per the tracking information. Please view our full return policy here.
DISCOUNTS AND SALES
1. Do you offer discount codes or sales?
We will offer discount codes periodically to our newsletter subscribers. Please check your email! You will also get a heads up on any sales through the newsletter or by checking the website frequently.
We also offer an ongoing discount code for multiple purchases within our Story Bead Collection. Codes are as follows:
Buy 2 or more items from the Story Bead Collection, receive a 10% discount with code STORYBEAD10
Buy 3 or more items, receive a 15% discount with the code STORYBEAD15
Buy 5 or more items, receive a 25% discount with the code STORYBEAD25
1. How can I contact you if I have a question or problem?
Our preferred method of contact is always email- email@example.com We respond within 24 hours, but often much sooner. We also are available at certain times through Facebook Messenger. Finally, you can call us at 941-227-4638. However, phone is our least preferred method of contact. Because we are a small business, we do not have a dedicated person to man the phone lines. As such, you may have to leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible, within 24 hours.
2. I need help choosing a product. Can you help?
Absolutely! If you would like a custom selection, based on your sun sign or specific birth chart, please email us your information and we would love to help. We will have our astrologer custom pick items for you, based on your specific needs.
